This article shows the results of the oceanic application on the Project "Normalization of the oceanographic and hydrographic data through GIS" for 1997 at C1OH. Deals with the automation of the graphics and manipulation processes using data from "OCEANO V" cruise, using the CARIS GIS andan external database. 7he results showed the variado, of the oceanographic parameters (temperature, salinity and density) with depth and its horizontal distribution. In the sampled area, alluding the inquiry of profiles, Isolines and TS curves vizualized directly from the GIS, saving time for analysis.
