Coral reefs worldwide face numerous threats, endangering both ecosystems and coastal communities. To gathered population data on marine species, particularly apex predators like sharks and rays, is crucial for effective conservation. We present occurrences and body size data of five common cartilaginous fish species from visual surveys conducted with dive operated stereo-video technique between 2018 and 2022. We found relevant variation in species sightings among locations and our findings underscore the need for continued research to assess their population status and inform conservation strategies tailored to each species and location.
