This paper proposes a method for cloudiness field analysis from the NOAA-AVHRR satellites images. The analysis includes the georeference and rectification of raw images. Furthermore, an original tool is applied to transform brightness of each image to cloudiness in numerical farm. Finally, the cloudiness fields presented in the numeric files, could be analyzed from the viewpoint of the physic background. Chebishev's orthogonal series are proposed to produce analytic fields of cloudiness and the analysis of temporal series of its characteristics.Downloads
